Day 1 = 2 rooms & toilets
Bricklayers = 5
Labourers = 2

Day 2 = internal lobbies
Bricklayers = 5

Day 3 = Master Bedroom & Toilets
Bricklayers = 4
Labourer = 2

Day 4 = Landry, Store & Kitchen
Bricklayers = 4
Labourers = 2

Day 5 = Guest Room, toilet, ante room & toilet
Bricklayers = 4
Labourers = 1

Day 6 = Palour & Dining
Bricklayers = 5
Labourers = 2

Total Cost = 85,000
Bricklayers = 27 @ 2500 = 67,500
Labourers = 11 @ 1500 = 17,500

But here you are mixing it with plaster sand so nothing difficult there.

we are actually using sharp sand only and no mixing with mud as we don't have pure plaster sand.
Even as such the estimate is high and I need to renegotiate with them or sack them and bring a new team

It really didn’t spoil the aesthetics. It just brought mixed feelings and made the build a subject of attention.

The beholder in this case are the guests/visitors/patrons (online and offline) and not the owner.
That’s one part most people don’t get right in commercial builds. It’s not always about what you want but what your customers want.

Bearing in mind that those customers include me, you can see why it is not difficult for the owner to insist on leaving the design as it is, knowing that as an abstract design, it would appeal to very many people. Mere looking at it, one can tell they are not there as a load bearing structure rather a default piece of art. I share the owners thought.

U sent this but when ur later called for it , did u supply it , after several calls put to u , u came up with 225k as ur best price . So why didnt u supply the 175k u mentioned since its bargain price and i suddenly left it to buy granite for 180k .i thought any homeowner will jump into the best offer .What happened to yours ??Ur only using that to lure customers then tell them the home truth about ur price .its u that will diy young as what ever u wish for others is definitely ur portion. It has been done severally. Check various threads of Spyder880 for samples. You dont install the ceiling fan directly on the POP, rather on roofing wood or if decking on a specialized hook incorporated into the concrete slab during decking process. Thanks.

I just did one recently. It doesn't have any effect on POP If it's done well. POP doesn't carry ceiling fan. Only the fan hook on decking or on wall pate or roof beam does.

This inquiry was made as someone was consulting u over sand supply but u didnt know am involved . U posted this price quote as if u are the one that wrote the information and pasted on nairaland few days back . I choose to keep calm when i saw it cos i know whoever deals with u is doing so at his own risk . I beg ooo supplier in the house where have i done her wrong ooo. My granpapa no settle for Lagos say make me the grand child come build your house now...

I think this is cheaper compare to concrete slab (reduction of reinforcement). It is called honey-comb floor. I stand to be corrected...

I didn’t do that in my personal build and Buhari has not arrested me and I’ve never had to complain ing very expensive tiles.

I have the dry and wet areas in the kitchen.
