"No candidate can be offered ission EXCEPT O’level result(s) have been successfully ed on JAMB website (CAPS). ALL candidates not yet itted SHOULD therefore their O’level result(s) at UNIPORT ICTC or any accredited JAMB CBT center on or before Monday, November 25, 2019."

@bolded, does this exclude those who already have their O' level ed on JAMB caps?
