Nice move. But such things are not the problem of average Nigerians. Average Nigerians need four things. Jobs Electricity Good roads and Security. I didn't include health care because our traditional herb is still doing the magic. I can say over 70% of Nigerians don't use train to travel. But all the same, it's a commendable thing |

pharmagba:Good idea, but may greatly delay delivery of the trains as infrastructure and skilled workforce are not yet in Nigeria. But we could strike deals that includes building infrastructure for local assembly and testing of trains. 1 Like |

pharmagba: A great but lofty idea. A train assembly plan is a different animal from a more common vehicle assembly plant. It will cause needless delay. It’s okay that this first phase is ordered but maybe they can work on transitioning future orders to be assembled in Nigeria. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

China refurbished obsolete, abandoned waste and scrapped 18th century locomotives for Nigeria and shameless Nigerian leaders are celebrating. Scrapped locomotives that are no longer needed in civilised countries are sold to us as Assets. What a country.

Honestly, we are so rich such that we suppose to have the best. The only obstacle is greed if we can not improve in various sectors how will other countries respect us. We like second class , even third class things that is why we don't even have taste any more. Anything they give us we appreciate and sing their praises. if u want to buy some thing buy what will have a taste of time. 1 Like |

The train is probably full of surveillance equipment, so they can figure out how to manipulate the masses.
