I beg you in the name of God like many people have said on here.....move on, do what you need to do, don't place your life on hold, give your mind some rest and look out for other opportunities. Good evening house.. I have first class information for everyone from top source, I mean from d main source even some directors don't know about this & that is why they keep giving some of u unreliable news, people keep posting it here & they are thereby tag liars..

The recruitment is still very on 100% & d only factor delaying the call is that most people they called couple of weeks ago & have gotten something doing{ No more interested}..Meaning majority av moved on after the long wait{ got other job} & they are not ready to quit or resign from current job coz of DSS so the oga at the top is considering either to replace those ones not interested, call the interested ones like we nairalanders or start a new recruitment.

Hear this bitter truth my people, camp is this month or recruitment cancel{ I av never for once talk about cancellation before& always reject it} . The only thing we need at this moment is prayer..The creator of heaven & the earth should make the decision favour us.

This is actually the case of some. At least, I know one. Don't say no one can say he/she is not interested in a job like DSS. There are people who actually don't want the DSS job anymore because they got something they're very happy with. A friend who had been waiting on DSS eventually got a job with NCRS last year and the salary is very good. He clearly said that him no go even look DSS side if he's eventually called.

There are other good & lucrative jobs like FAAN, NPA, NNPC, FIRS,CBN, NIA to mention but few..And some of them pay more than DSS even stress free, u av enough time for ur family, merriment, enjoyment & job like FAAN pay her staffs 13th month salary & other incentives... But some of us love DSS job wit ion { like myself} coz of some reasons not really d money..While coz want a stable stream of income meaning unemployment push some to it...

It may interest u that the guy that got NCRS job & refused DSS call will also be happy wit his current job coz it's also one of d best job opportunity where a specialist can utilise his practical knowledge & he can never be stranded for d rest of his life. {£xcept he lacks proper logistics of money management meaning if d guy is extravagant in spending} The National Centre for Remote sensing,(NCRS) is a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Science & Technology.. They pay very well..

Exactly! You have explained this just the way I would have...especially about mentioning some of these places that pay really well. Some of us are after the DSS job because of the ion for it, some due to unemployment and some for other reasons. Anyone who knows and understands your explanation would also know why some DSS applicants who have secured other jobs in the course of this wait would never quit thier jobs if called upon. May God see us through.

I know we have given u several dates in the past but this time my source gave me assurances but just in case first week of next month doesn't work, my source says there are still other first weeks to choose from. first week of September, first week of October up to December. then we can start counting from first week of January next year. there is hope guys just be patient, I can smell camp on the first week of my source too. hahahaha. funny pawns.
