Hand written appplication with photocopies of credentials, Degree holders direct application to the DG while SSCE holders direct application to State Directors.

Maybe is to submit at various state commands.

Degree holders apply for Cadre while´SSCE holders apply for Detective.

I know somebody who was dropped at the final stage at first attempt but, went ahead to get the job the following year.
