This issue always attributed to story buildings and few bungalow,
There supposed to be a well mechanical plan for this from beginning, Athough there a many remedies for this
1. pressure pump( no light no pressure.
2. restructure of the piping system into the building.
3.storage tank height.

I have resolved this problem for more than 50 nairalander and non nairaland clients.

if you care you can reach us and carry out inspection then give the best method that will work for you which you will not needs to break bank before it will be get done.

Some tanks are concealed into the roof( to raise such tank means you need to pull off the roof where the tanks is located).
So the type needs another method.
There was a case where tank height is about 25fts for a bungalow low water pressure occurred the client bought pressure pump the issue solved but just a little diff, he call ed on us and we did it within a day .......the client is a well know Nairalander here.

At over 7.5meters and a bungalow...low pressure I guess the pipping was done badly. Size of pipe? Route of pipe? There must be a physics explanation for such low pressures at that height

You dont need the client's survey plan, to answer that question, if you are truly a Professional as you claim!

You and l know the dimensions of a plot, fromthat you can calculate for two plots and you know the dimensions of a Block.
Based on the above, you should be able to give him, at least, an estimate of what the cost will look like, plus or minus 10%.

Some of you just try to trick unsuspecting newbees into parting with their vital documents so they can be hooked to you.

There are certainly Solar Water Pumps.

I will see if l can get a picture of one for you but l am sure there are some other people here who may have it as well because we have discussed that issue on this thread in the recent past.

Not sure about how many bags of cement but can give you a break down on the 12mm road. Buy 20 lengths that will be enough.

Breakdown

Let's assume you are using a square ring (irrespective of the size)
* doors = cut maximum of 5ft per length by 4 (square ring) = 20ft /door lintel by 17 doors = 340 divide by 38 (a length of rod is between 38ft-40ft)=8.9 lengths of rods

* window (let's assume your windows are 4ft by 4ft) cut maximum of 6ft per length by 4 (square ring)= 24ft /window lintel by 14 windows =336 divide by 38 = 8.8 lengths of rod

* toilet windows (2ft by 2ft window) cut 3ft by 4 pcs = 12/toilet window by 4 windows = 48fts divide by 38 = 1.3 lenths of rod.

Total = 8.9+8.8+1.3= 18.9 lengths
