Ttalk: He is correct. Removing subsidy without removing what caused the subsidy is punishing Nigerians for a crime a few committed. The government is not willing to hurt people but some people think the government had balls. The person who had half a ball was Buhari who didn't put it in subsidy in the budget, which meant he had already removed it but his half ball delayed the announcement which Tinubu saw as a trap and announced it. Statement does not make sense. He will remove criminality in subsidy... then remove subsidy? If he removes the criminality, the logical assumption is that he would keep the subsidy then Either way, subsidy had to go. People who listen to Obi may not be fortunate to walk into wealth like he did. Obi is the reason we are in this quagmire. Obi was the first to say he would remove fuel subsidy immediately he got into office as the president. Obidients world over applauded him. With this Tinubu and Atiku followed suit thinking it was something good since nobody condemned Obi for saying so. For the sanity of your mental health I advise us all to stop contributing to Obi's audience.
