After politicians School proprietor are another blazing criminal. My wife is a teacher so we paid money last year for end of the year party only for the owner of the school to take 70 percent of the total donation as his own share. The school is left with 30 percent to host the program. I think parents were very angry with the outcome so they decided they don't want any stupid party.

Government schools and institutions are so substandard and weak then they try to regulate my own school? That’s pure madness. Funny enough, what you should realize is that the same people who are supposed to do the regulations are the owners of most private schools directly or indirectly through their brothers, sisters, family , church mosque etc so they can't regulate themselves.

There shouldn't be anything like a private individual owning a nursery, primary and secondary school in a developing country like Nigeria. If it's going to be private then it has to be owned by an institution or organization but not a private citizen anything apart from that is just the same rubbish that we had been having since the 1990s when these crazy nonsense things called private school started in Nigeria.

My younger sister finished from public school then proceeded to higher learning then she graduated with the following grade. ND statistics (distinction) first degree Fut ( first class statistics) Mtech statistics (first class masters) so what are you saying? Yes government can provide that through PTA/community istration. If we let the parents and teachers own the school as an entity or universities operating, owning and operating the nursery primary and secondary schools with government providing regulation and monitoring through independent consultants or external auditors.

I have just described how it use to be before when quality of these school was evident. The military regimes are to blame for how our education system has become because they are afraid of any association or avenue that people could use to be associating back then.

When we have nothing like the current private school running educational system as is then we shall take the government school seriously and make it work.

Employing jobless graduates and understanding graduates as teachers and paying them peanuts while charging high fees is not quality education that "private school" is meant to be.

These private schools in Nigeria are just business centers where no knowledge or moral is impacted. They focus and even cheat for their ss3 or grade 5 pupils just for them to exams and boost the school PR or bragging rights among other cheaters.

The future of the Nigerian youth is bleak, very bleak because they are educated illiterates or they think they know without knowing anything. They want to speak more than they listen because they think they know

That's a very reputable school , over To 40 years old and started by a white woman named Aunty Joy.
This situation unfortunately has given them a bad name and it's because the woman's daughter now runs the school and she's too aggressive

They were even forced to take that action to refund her.
The woman took things too far, she was refunded because she was still making SM posts on the matter even when she has reported to the Ministry of education and they've stepped in as arbitrator. She was also filming the ministry people and when they found her out she ran away from the ministry. That was when they decided to refund her.
