Just be careful as trading in wild-caught African Grey Parrots is illegal under international law. The International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) lists them as a vulnerable species, and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) has banned all international trade in wild-caught individuals.

Your so called American buyer may be working undercover to send whoever trades in them to jail. For starters, it is now illegal in Kenya to own them without a licence.

Do your own research online but you will find that the African grey parrot is endangered and it is illegal to sell them under international law.

You took that picture with an itel phone, which could mean you're still probably struggling to make ends meet, how then would it be possible to feed this bird when you can't even eat proper balanced meal.

I when my African grey flew away, I looked everywhere, cried and prayed. It had also started talking, responding and gisting. I pray it landed in the hands of a good new owner as well. Please treat it well.

Feeding a parrot can be easy, millet as in dawa and corn and sometimes slightly boiled groundnut. Avoid feeding them with salted meals. Don't let no one discourage you.

If the story is truly truth in watch yaa back because there is no free food even in Freetown.

it also has a sharp bite, very painful. It enjoys eating corn. Just give it the whole maize and it will finish it. Also the more u feed it, the more it gets used to u.
