Thats what happens when everything is privatised. It’s easy for Russia to start mass production of those drones because Russia defence ministry controls its own weapons and same with China, Iran and NK. This allow them to produce something fast and cheaper.
Even Ukraine are doing the same, imagine sending drone of $41M to destroy something of 100K dollars.
