Hold my beer. Just got this today on a 12v. More than stated capacity of powmr cc
This is a lithium battery right? Cos my lead acid no dey see 350watt. I think the type of battery also determines if you will hit that 700watt for 12v or not

Firman is mostly new to the RE market, I believe. At least in Nigeria. Wouldn't be my first choice.

Thanks

Someone outside this forum said this battery gave the rated capacity when tested. And that the 3kw solar inverter did well too.
Awesome. Thanks.

Who tell me a quality 24v Inverter to buy.

SRNE's 3.3kw. s 4000w PV input and 450v VOC.

I have this Welion 24v 1.5kw hybrid inverter for sale.

Reason for Sale: I want to get a bigger inverter as 1.5kw won't be enough to serve my needs completely.

Package was only opened to content, it's never being used. on my singature.

Has a 40amps cc

I guess it's my wire length that's causing voltage drop and affecting the controller's performance.

I'm having same issues o, you know I bought the powmr cc from you.

My cc has never gone above 400w. And i use 4pcs of 420 watts connected in 2p S 2p

Updated:- i changed my DC cables to tokunbo 10mm cables and got this today on 12v powmr cc at just 9am

Nice to hear. What cable size were you using before? And what informed your decision to switch to 10mm? And did you do any other thing different aside changing the cables?

Yea, mentioned so earlier. DC current are prone to energy losses. I guess if you may have to compensate for the long distance using thick cables

I'm in Port Harcourt. The PowMr I'm using is different from the one u attached. Mine is the HHJ60-PRO version.

I also don't think it's from the solar s. Sometimes it gets to 600w+ and then drops to 27w and then goes back up again. It does does continously as long as the high sun's intensity is sustained.

However, when the sun drops a little to where the PV production is sustained around 577w and below, that up and down loop no longer occur.

Just for learning, regarding the emboldened part of your post: Powmr has recently done some upgrades so the HHJ60-Pro (which you use) and HHJ-60A (whose picture i posted) are mostly the same now, as they have the same software and features. In fact, the HHJ-60A carton is very similar to that of the HHJ60-PRO

The only significant functional difference between them is that the HHJ60-Pro can be connected in parallel to other HHJ60-Pros and it comes with a temperature probe.

But they both have same D04, D05 (equivalent to D06 for HHJ60-Pro) and D06 (equivalent to D07 for HHJ60-Pro) profiles. The parallel connection of HHJ60-PRO is done on the D05 profile. See attached pictures of their manual and a video showing the setting of HHJ-60A

What you just pointed out is one of the disadvantages of DC. This is why AC is preferred over DC for long distances.

1000W is quite high for a 1Hp AC.

Does this dehumidifier mode cool the room?

That 1000W is the maximum power it can consume. This 1000W is not constant; the cooler the room, the more the consumption drops. You may see this 1000W reading when you enter a room that is hot and crowded, especially when the sun is shining at its hottest outdoors.

Does a dehumidifier mode cool a room? Yes, it does, but not as much as the cold mode of the air conditioner. It’s still effective, especially at night. Also, it depends on personal preference-some people like their rooms super cold, while others prefer just a cool room.

If you have an inverter AC, experiment with the temperature settings and modes to find the sweet spot between cooling and energy consumption. Having an inverter AC is already a big win for energy conservation on your renewable energy journey.

So to resolve this, I'd have to buy 10mm². That's like 220k for 40yrds. I'd just have to manage it like this.

My battery is just 200ah. If there's moderate sunlight, I get around 35 to 38amps current. On average, the battery gets filled up around 2PM.

hmmm. So in your opinion, regular charging values for lead acd can work for LFPs? Or what exactly is the correlation?

No damages should occur.

Yes

Is this a legit store?

Their site only accepts card payments so I asked to pay via transfer for an item. They quoted me 100k more claiming the price changed, but their site still shows the old price two days later.

Feels like a Jiji vendor.

please the charge controller went over 800w and then stops charging, what could be the issue. It's not throwing any codes

no my battery didn't even charge at all today with all the sunlight.

I had about 700plus watts around 11am then it kept increasing and crossed 800w before the c. Disconnects and won't charge again.

Please who has experienced this.?

That 50+ Volts on your controller dashboard, I hope that’s not the charging voltage ?

Yes it is possible. Follow the charge controller manual, there is a limit for 12, 24 and 48v. That way you know how best to connect your s.
