Penuelseun:Depends. Most are 160v. Felicity are around 160v. Advantage of Haykay2001:Using high voltage controllers saves you money on the cable sizing. You can use smaller diameter cables in your project. Also less voltage drop for long cable runs. |

mctfopt: I agree. I use this too and its awesome. Avoid the inverter compressor though |
fuckboys: 7:58pm On May 08 |
omotoda:why do suggest avoiding the inverter compressor? Must new model LG and Samsung Fridge/Freezers come with inverter compressors. |

KA24DETT: He asked for a charge controller. If he asked for an inverter the list is as long as the golden gate bridge. 1 Like |

KA24DETT: So assuming I want to do 12 kilowatts, this means I will need 2 of this. Is there any issue with connecting several MPPTs to the same battery bank? |
adibo(m): 8:58am On May 09 |
mctfopt: I have been using the skyrun fridge for about 5 years now and also been using it with my inverter for over a year now. It consumes around 100w and even when I put it off around 11pm at night, the things in the freezer remain frozen even in the afternoon the next day 1 Like |

Dam5reey1: Hello Boss, Why is one of the battery showing red? Thank you |

adibo: Ok. That's cool. |

temi4fash: Red temporarily indicates the cell with the lowest voltage. This is dynamic and changes as the active balancing is in progress. 2 Likes |

Nteogwuija: The emboldened is not exactly correct. Infact, the controller can still output a little above the 720w max for a 12v connection and 1440w for a 24v connection During my 12v days, I had 4 units of 550w broken s on my roof, but I only connected 2 units in series to my Powmr controller using 6mm2 cables for a distance not more than 25meters. I frequently hit over 720w at peak sunny periods. First attached picture shows the controller doing 762w on one of such days. The other pictures are my broken s. Around same time too, one of us here (Tripple.dots) reported output of over 1500w from hi Powmr controller for a 24v connection. I suspect you may be having issues with energy losses due to distance from your s to your controller and the size of your cables as well. The originality of your s and how they are connected is also a factor here. Try disconnecting everything and connecting again. If issue persists and you are in Lagos, you can reach out and we can discuss how we can test with another Powmr controller, just to exclude the possibility of the issue being from there. I will have 6mm2 cables next week, so we can also remove the 4mm2 cables you have there and replace with 6mm2 and observe further. Lax and conditions will apply 1 Like |

mctfopt: OK thank you. The BMS does this on its own or do we have to manually activate this? |

Gurus in the house, which is better in effective cooling system between Panasonic air conditioner and LG air conditioner and which is better in energy efficiency between d two of d same capacity

temi4fash: If you use the same BMS, JK BMS, with active balance function, you can decide to turn on or off the active balance feature. |

Edrizz: LG, I may be biased as I use LG. Their Dual Inverter model is just so energy efficient. Maximum cold running wattage <= 1000w for the 1HP version (drops to around 600w when room is cold) Dehumidifier mode = 230w to 600w (depends on time of day; outdoor temperature) Fan Mode = 120w 2 Likes 1 Share |

Good afternoon, house. I am trying to install a DC 12V ceiling fan myself. I need additional cable to connect the regulator to the fan motor. What size of cable should I use for this connect tion to avoid voltage drop?

Iinnov8:I'm having same issues o, you know I bought the powmr cc from you. My cc has never gone above 400w. And i use 4pcs of 420 watts connected in 2p S 2p Updated:- i changed my DC cables to tokunbo 10mm cables and got this today on 12v powmr cc at just 9am

Iinnov8: I'm in Port Harcourt. The PowMr I'm using is different from the one u attached. Mine is the HHJ60-PRO version. I also don't think it's from the solar s. Sometimes it gets to 600w+ and then drops to 27w and then goes back up again. It does does continously as long as the high sun's intensity is sustained. However, when the sun drops a little to where the PV production is sustained around 577w and below, that up and down loop no longer occur. |

lol, hisense no get level for AC ...
HeavenlyBang: |
HeavenlyBang(m): 4:51pm On May 09 |
swagifted: That's your opinion. I have An LG dual inverter and a Hisense inverter. Other than the LG working fine with low voltage while the Hisense won't function under ~180v, both ACs perform perfectly fine (cooling and efficiency). In fact the Hisense is probably more efficient. 1 Like |
