Yes, I can live anywhere in the world at this stage in my life. I can thrive and survive in Nigeria. It has to do with your mindset and ability to find opportunities around you.
So if u can identify an opportunity does that meanthat the economy of the country should be in shambles because our leaders feel people like u can identify opportunities.

So what happened to those without such gift? They can go to hell. Right?

Keep encouraging bad policies from the government. Make una fear God small.

Tell those lies to people living in Nigeria and not me.

Even if Nigeria is at war, I will still make money. There will be new millionaires in Nigeria before the end of this year while others will continue to complain and grumble.
No one has control over the federal government until the next election cycle so, I fully understand I am responsible for my success and failures at this point.
It is called personal ability.

A barber earns 6.4 million naira monthly in the USA. A barber in Nigeria earns maximum of 100k. Can you spot the non comparable differences? The fact that you can easily get a loan to learn that barbing over there is even a plus in itself. Here people get loans to eat one meal a day, not even to learn a skill. How can an hungry brain learn a skill?

Give me the name of that barber in the US who earn N4million and show me his bank or paystub. Talk is very cheap.

You need to learn and listen to people with real life experiences, If you don't pay a mortgage, you must pay your rents which are very similar in amount to mortgages abroad.

But the issue is that minimum wage over there can cover rent expenses, feeding and other welfares. But not the same for Nigeria.

And expenses over there are way higher than in Nigeria that leaves lots of people s in the negatives every month.
While there are more opportunities here, I can have a more balanced life in Nigeria to be honest.

U don't get the point.
Do u mean people should quiet while the government keep mes the economy.
Do u know that some policies can affect the productivity of a company.

Do u know what it means to burn diesel or fuel when there is power outage?

Nope.

It is BlackBell not Blackwell.

And NOOOOOO. 2500 CANNOT get you a proper meal (except if you view pepper soup as one) at BlackBell restaurant. Their menu/portions is quite expensive and small.

As at last year, when I was still buying rice from them, it was over 5k-7k with protein and takeaway pack, plus

Don't mind them, they want to think everyone in Nigeria is suffering and living a relish existence. There are lots of people in Nigeria who have better lives than us abroad and I am doing well here.
I can't wait to be on home soil again and will never live away from Nigeria except for occasional travels. There is basically no life here.

Why exactly are people cursing this man? Why don't you refute his statements? I pay more than N600k every month in utilities abroad per month, N3.2M in mortgage for one house alone per month, I will never pay 20% of that in Nigeria. You people never see anything good in your country. Between August last year and February this year, I was paying about N6m per month in mortgages which included an empty house under renovation. You want me to tell you how much I pay in taxes per month?

Abroad go bill you like crazy, Imagine your own house in Naija with no mortgage and a 24hour solar light? O boy, Naija na paradise on earth I swear.
oya come back and enjoy the country

Average salary in the US is $5k you say?

You are watching to many American movies and I laugh in swahilli at your crass ignorance. I worked the banking system abroad for half a decade and saw millions of people living on overdrafts and credit cards. I will actually prefer Ghana to the US at this stage.

Most in the US live on debts with zero savings in the . You don't realize $5k is a huge money in the US.

How about you check online? The average salary in the US is 66k per annum.
lol you worked in the banking system indeed, you had to throw a lie in there to help your case.
You can earn $20k monthly and still be surviving on pay cheque to pay cheque, it all depends on how you spend.
How many people in 9ja earn above 100k per month?

Sir, with all due respect, you are a fool for this nonsense you have written here.
Why are you covering the money to Naira, convert to Euros let see how much this N3.2M or N6M is.

Common sense is very far from you.
Do you borrow to pay for your mortgages and utilities or you pay for them from what you earn?
You are the first foolish Igbo man I have read any write up from.

Actually as at 2023/2024, the portions were quite sizable but now? I don't think it is same as I last patronized them last year.

I do know that Jevinik still retained their large portions though, albeit pricey as at the last time I was there.

Oga your school fee was total waste of Money,
How can you use worthless naira currency to justify your cost of living abroad

Dont convert to naira, tell us the minimum wage of Us, how much you earn and lets weigh it to your re-expenditure

If you think naija naa paradise come back home and be making 6m ... yeye people

using dollar to juxtapose naira economic is better is the height of illiteracy
