I don’t think you guys can read properly. Any rule or regulation can be challenged in court as long as the plaintiff thinks it is unconstitutional.

Each Senator has the constitutional right to sit in the House. Her presence there as a Senator is not dependent on any senate leader. It only depends on the will of the voters who put her there.

If a Senator wants to represent his/her constituency properly in the Senate, every Senator will study the rule books of the Senate and adhere to the guides, regulations and decorum in the Senate.

Natasha will be suspended, the suspension will be enforced and nothing will happen. There are rules and when you break the rules, you must be punished except for mercy. Otherwise, Natasha must face the consequences of her actions and learn the rules so she can be properly guided.

There are rules in the house regarding seating arrangement and when to speak.

Senators are free to seat wherever they please, but if you must make a remark on the floor you re expected to do so from the seat assigned to you, this seat has your name inscribed.

Natasha refused to do this on several occasions, they allowed her on that she was new and ignorant, the red book containing the rules was given to her to acquaint herself with the house rules, but she felt since she came in via court order she didnt need to listen to others in the house, this explains her haste to go to court again to complain.

If she was duly elected by a constituency, she would not behave like that, but she was appointed by court so all others in the house are beneath her. As a lawyer she ought to have read the rule book instead of dramatizing her ignorance.

They should have given her a fashion magazine to read instead, she would have gulped it up at once.
