However, pretending or acting like INEC and Judiciary that work exclusively and non-independently for the Presidency will act against his wishes is choosing to be unnecessarily naive.

The only time such is possible is when the president permits them to truly do their jobs which is when he is done with that office.

Removing an incumbent President in Nigeria can only happen when or if the man is uninterested in continuing.

Jonathan didn't lose that election solely because Buhari was better... He simply permitted INEC to do its job because he wasn't interested in continuing in that office.
