Unless the cells are not graded, it should be enough to power it. If u wish to build, well no qualms.

Those cells are very light and they drop voltage sharply

Without surge a 1000w inverter can power it.
I believe it doesn't have a compressor.
So 2000w inverter will power it with ease.
If 220v then the current draw would not exceed 4A

there are many factors to consider bro
1. The BMS u use for the battery( very important)
2. The inverter capacity
3. The size of the cables u use in building the battery pack.

Surge from the pump might be higher than 1200w, I'd suggest you parallel the bms.

The nickel strip is very thick. Maybe label is wrong. But this super hard to cut without a sharp scissors.
