There's an almost 200mv deviation from the highest and lowest cells which is not really good. Try to limit the LCD to 3v/cell and monitor the performance at a higher charge of say 3.3v to 3.45v and see how it goes.

But try and return it for them to check and fix it.

Not just those 2 model at all.. Will advice ppl to stay away from sako for now.. I have been having issues with their inverter and battery.. . One of the cell in their battery is very low.. Been asking for solution how to balance it but nothing is forth coming.. The inverter itself have been giving issues since the day of Instllation.. That was early Nov 2024 less than 3 mths ago.. Now battery is no longer balance. I was told i need a load to lower the high voltage, which i know nothing abt.. I dont build battery. For the last 3days now they stopped responding to messages.
I asked for their service center in Lagos so that i can send it for repair still no reply at all.. Items of less than 3mths and the customer is messaging me every single day.. Always on my neck.. 6.2kva paired with 10kwh battery.
Anyone with solution should kindly help me out abeg.. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Can you share the Inverter settings, battery type, Charge, Float and cut off that was set..
Did you use communication cable?

The battery has warranty and can be return if battery is the culprit.

Battery is sako. For the other details, I don't know what settings was used. Setup is for a friend

I had exactly the same issue with the same model of battery and SAKO 3kw 24V Inverter alongside 8pcs of 450W Jinko s, at nights the battery discharges like it's in a competition, The SAKO Inverter and Battery both refused to obey cut-off points and as such the battery discharges beyond DOD, I thought when day breaks and the sun comes up, the inverter will wake the battery up, but it didn't, client used GEN and NEPA to try to charge the battery, yet no power.

This horrible experience went on for days until I replaced the Inverter and Battery with Felicity IVEM 3KW and 5KWh Felicity Lithium Battery.
Now everything is up and running and the SAKO Battery and Inverter are both laying fallow in my garage.

Regrettably several other people have reported similar issues with SAKO products.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE 2 MODELS OF SAKO BATTERY & INVERTER

I only show cell behavior if you discharge them below 3V, regardless of the manufacturer same applies across, if he read between the line he will understand say na only Cell I bought, the pack was built by me.

What I was expecting is a someone to come out and show me their pack at 47V, and lets see the Cells behavior, this thread is DIY where we learn not a market place. Where we market or demarket anyone.

I once mentioned this when there was arguments about cells grades and all.

I hinted that most LFP seller will tell you charge to 3.45 and cut off at 3V so as to cover some flaws. Now that is evident.

Many went against the Pack that can reach 3.65V without OVP getting triggered and condemn seller for selling a 14.6V charger.

Those Details are necessary for proper assessments.. battery is only one of the components, Inverter is the major controller.

I have had experience where, the Inverter was Faulty. The Inverter throw up Short circuit which eventually damaged BMS in a Battery. Thankfully the battery seller changed the BMS out of warranty. So sometimes its not always one component.

ur charge curve shud tell u dat there is really notin 2 gain above 3.55v just unnecessary stress on ur cells.. same tin with ur discharge curve

I think you have made some mistakes.

First of all, 60a CC is not adequate for 615w x 4 s. Secondly, even if yiu were to have the adequate CC ratings, the charge ratings will be too high for 2 tubular batteries.

Image isn't clear but you need a 100A CC ideally for your 2460w PVs. You're bottlenecked by your charge controller.

Also, like the comment above says, you're also limited by your batteries (tubular ideally should be charged at a max of 0.2C, which would be 44A).

Effectively, you are overed. Technically nothing wrong with that since it just means your setup can work at its peak performance even in less than peak irradiance. But it also means you'll never get the full utility of your pv array.
