If it is only authentication you can, but if eligibility and proficiency letter is needed it will be difficult for to do so within 2 days

1. Like I said 80% of schools in Austria now requires IELTS instead of English proficiency letter or Eligibility letter

2. Yes and you can be lucky too if you get there

3. Right now the process has changed at MOE because they have number of people they attend to in a day now

Yes it is
You can come and pick the Hard copy delivered to MOE, then proceed with authentication, but get tracking number from your courier company from your sch, so that you can track to know when they deliver the MOE.
