It is illegal to hold a suspect for more than 48 hours without charge, the police
violated rule based on Makinde's instruction. This rule applies even if the suspects
have went to each child's house to shoot them.

Don't you understand the fact that you are responsible for people if you invite them somewhere, you are responsible for their safety as long as they are inside your house. If they die in your house, you will be arrested.
