I still eat meat chicken and fish and Carbs. But in moderation. I use air frier to cook most of my food.

Anyway, i am still alive, i feel healtheir. I also lost my muscler looks, after i lost weight but i am trying to get the muscles back by eating lots of potatoes, broccoli and chicken (white meat) is supposed to be better than red meat according to him.

I still drink beer also... but again, in moderation.
