He is not sick. He said in an interview that he mostly does cardio exercises now for longevity and good health and that excess muscles (with steroids use) puts a big strain on the heart and kidney.

How do you get your protein cos you need it more than carbohydrate.

Unless you have cholesterol issue, can't see why you can't eat agg.
You also need fat and oil.
Carbohydrate is deadlier than fat and oil. It's better to skip carb and get your energy from healthy fat and oil.

The new look (body) is better and heathier. He was doing a lot of harm to himself before by filling his body with steroids. Steroid-filled body might be good for his old profession but he certainly does not need it as an actor.
