Ebonyi airport is closer to Obudu Cattle Ranch than Calabar airport.& can be used to convey tourists. If properly harnessed ,it will also serve as a cargo hub to to the Trans-African Highway leading to Cameron ,CAR ,Congo etc

State made the airport ... let the investors form and operate the airline... State should have no part of private business. Taxpayers money need to be used for infrastructure ... build or maintain roads to easy access to the airport ... not pour money into the airline business. He should state how much the State will foot ... how much the investors will put .... how the operational costs will be shared and how the profits will be distributed. That we will have to take tie court to find out. Daylight robbery.

This is simply another ploy to loot and hijack the state Treasury.

Instead of making Education free, investing state resources in farming or even starting a state owned cement factory and free skills acquisitions school for everyone irrespective of age.

In every 10 child beggers in SE, 4 will most likely come from Ebonyi.

He should focus on taking his people off the street, especially children.

Why not use the available resources in the state to create industries?
What activities is happening in the state that will make people to travel with air?
I just feel most times, these men get kick backs from these kind of white elephant projects.
Instead of leaders to do project that will equip the youths , they will rather use the money to buy irrelevant things such as SUV for religious leaders and some youths without any single atom of brain with say they are doing well.

Nigeria is so blessed but the politicians won't think rather they are experts in exclusion and tribalism/religion kind of politics and development.
An international conference centre in the state is even more viable than that project.
