Then go out and find out more about those materials.
I assure you. You can buy nearly 100% of those materials by yourself.

The money is yours. Not his. Don’t fear anybody working for you and be throwing money at them, as they ask.

You would save a ton if you buy the materials you finally agreed by yourself.

There are projects we are handling right now by ourselves here, as per material procurement. Trust me; we are saving tons of thousands of Naira without compromising quality at all.

Those people we contract to buy most building materials for us are crooks and greedy.

For instance, many people don’t know that Tower aluminum that we tout as the best in Nigeria even has grades. Once they say this material is Tower, we just fall for it.

I am not putting u wrong, but in my field, which is aluminum work, I can tell u from my experience being in this work, if u are buying materials and pay for ferbricator for workmanship, u will spent more or exactly money to achieve it, many of my clients try it, but they end up with additional money,

Recently, one of my client got quote from me and went straight to market and ask for the necessary materials, and glass, he called me and confess to me, how did I want to do this with agreed prices, I asked him to follow me and check everything I need to use and compared, when we finally finished the job, he was asking how did I do it, that he went to 3 different aluminum man with difference estimation,

I dont get what they mean not adviseable...0,45 is a very good gauge for roofing..our climate isn't prone to hurricanes or adverse weather or is your building skyscraper? 0,45 is very appropriate for wood and not steel raft..

It's quite high if it doesn't include burglary. However you may also need to ask for the type of material the fabricator intends to use. Reflective glass is expensive now but he can still reduce price for each window

Some fabricators included workmanship to each window while others don't cos it depends on the client but for me, I prefer to state my workmanship/installation separately from the cost of the windows just to be straight forward with whoever I'm dealing with.
