Just sandpaper it properly and spray paint with auto base silver or change it entirely.

You should have cleaned the tiles before installing those stainless steel rails.

Please my submersible pump is bad and stuck in the borehole. They have been trying to pull it out, but no way.
Is there anything we can do? It looks like the casting pipe for the borehole got broken and sand have been entering in the borehole to make it stiff.
