GEJ was a poor leader. Very poor.

He simply didn't know or recognize his place in history. With the way this country is structured, how is someone from the Niger Delta ever going to rise to the top again? Very unlikely.

There were key things GEJ should have done to move this country in a certain direction. GEJ did not do those things. He looked the other way while his istration became notorious for rampant corruption.

It is tempting to look at GEJ with rose tinted spectacles considering the disasters that Buhari and BAT have become. But that would be a grave error.
