I don’t know but I believe him . There’s a lot which he mentioned in that short excerpt

1. He has stopped the bleeding- Prior s just bandaged the issue with Subsidy over the years. He has removed the bandage and place a stint. To stop internal bleeding. On the road to recovery which will be determined by the patient.
2. It was really bad - I mean really really bad. Until you have access to all the books , you cannot really tell how bad the situation really was. He said it was a bad current.
