Now, if they refund to flywire, what at rate will they refund it to the bank? the rate when it was paid or the current rate?

Why not save a bit more, like 70% of your fees before moving

Also, look at Portugal, US, Australia and Canada if you don't mind the cold. Much better options at the moment

10k is enough for portugal D7 visa for those that works from home or earn ive income total 9k euro per annum. It's better for you than student visa

He should have asked for advise when he topped up. He must inform the school immediately. The school may issue another CAS then he will need to start the process all over again. He has wasted time and a lot of money.

We are searching currently but the issue is that they just need someone with 6 months experience. Some 3 months which she don't have.
So we are trying to see if there is where she can do paid training but where they will employ her after the training.

Hmmmm. I believe this is a general UK thing. Few jobs are on ground and those competing for them are too much. Over the years UK have witnessed migration from different developing countries from Africa, Asia and Middle East. Most jobs in the UK now require UK work experience and if you are a student or just coming into the UK that's a big problem as you don't have the experience and your working hours is even limited as a student. And UK's economy now isn't smiling so I'd advise you to try another country. My 1 kobo that I can loan out.
