if you don't have money saved up anywhere, then you must work more than 20hrs to pay your tuition balance. work, meet your attendance quota and ensure you finish up with your school, that's the battle in front of you.

if you can't finish up with your school, then there's practically no tomorrow for you in the UK.

Do we need to provide any for certificate of incorporation or tax clearance as she dont have any such documents.

Kindly assist to clarify as im also filling application for my mum, im sponsoring everything but shes a tailor back home.

Self employed would mean she should have the relevant documents ie registration and tax

Is she retired and placed on a monthly upkeep?

That could be an easy way to go since you are fully sponsoring her visa.

Tailoring maybe something she does for fun not a source of income

My wife is the MA, our daughter’s application was just applied for last month October 10th. I called on Monday, and I was told decision has been made but there’s no collection email.

Before Monday, I had to escalate once before Monday when I was told a decision has been made. No refusal email yet, and there’s no refund.

I called yesterday trying to escalate it again but I was told to wait till the first escalation reaches 15 days.

Is anyone else going through the same thing?

From the email you received,

"Our records indicate a decision has been made on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application... If your visa has been granted, a visa vignette (sticker) will be stuck inside your port with 3 months validity..."

Take it as if it's not approved yet.

There’s a lot you can

Here’s a summary, please look through other dependant applications

1. Your BRP,student ID,CAS and proof of accommodation .Please note that the ECO may also request for your statement , if that is the case provide your bank statement and any invoices/receipts to show evidence of maintenance spent/fees paid in the UK

2. Her TB certificate , port, evidence of maintenance and evidence that your marriage is substantial (t bank statements, invoice/bills paid together, marriage certificate, the list is endless)

3. Your child’s TB cert,port, birth certificate and other evidence I.e letter from school or hospital, schools fees receipts etc

This is just an overview of documents you can submit

Mehn, it means times have changed as they never used to deny people back in 2021

I learnt they also have been denying student dependents a lot and they ask for way more proof for dependent applications

How true is that?
