This is really amazing! Congratulations to your sister. I'm working on mine too. Still waiting for my son to be born first though. But I'd really like to know how many months bank statement she submitted? Does it really have to be upto 4/6 months or less?
Kindly share as this will give me insight on whether to use my own bank statement, my husband's or that of my sister in Canada who is the invitee.

My sister is a secondary school teacher, just invitation from my brother in Canada,
statement of 2.1 million for herself and daughter.
Just be simple with your application and do not add unnecessary documents.
1. Employment letter from her school
2. Statement of 2.1 million
3. Invitation letter from my brother
4. Letter of Intent
5. Consent letter for my daughter. Her dad got it notarize.

That was all I submitted. She was really discouraged to apply; I encourage her to give it a try and make the application simple.

Advise keep your application simple, landed properties is not part of Canada visa application!

I'm visit visa hopeful hoping to be issued a visa soon. My dad's friend who's already a PR has agreed to invite me to visit. But I do have a few questions to get clarity before I commence application:

Do I need POF or my sponsor's POF will be sufficient and convincing enough to be issued a visa?

What other documents can I use to prove my ties back apart from landed properties?

How much effect does the duration of validity of police clearance plays towards visa issuance?

What reasons to invite can be included in the invitation letter to better my chances of issuance?

Any other tips on visit by invitation will be appreciated.
