I am sorry if the app you borrowed from is not on the list. You must pay up. You can't ban them forever! All they need is just disassemble/unpack the app and make a change in the Meta data and co and repack/ assemble it together and it back to Google Play Store shikina..

That's their problem. They are not suppose to give money to people in the first place because they are not ed. They can still borrow you . A friend tried that app today and she was given . Funny thing is that the amount she requested for was with interest of over 10k within 7days . No wonder they were delisted
