The size would actually depend on the occupancy rate, topography and the actual size and design of building. But from a recent work, what was done on a similar building is 10 x 12 feet and 13 couches of 6” blocks.
Number of chambers is determined by the mechanical system design ( position of toilets and bathrooms and sinks )

Note that 2 soakaways were constructed due to the size of the building and the topography.

I am neither an engineer nor a builder. Just sharing personal experience.

If you will want the building to be of 2 floors, it is very possible.
The land is too small if the building will be a bungalow.

Double walls were used in all the sections at the back before it was filled with laterite( this cant be seen in pictures). DPC of 6 inches was also done.
Is this foundation solid enough? The land is not water logged and he’s planning to build a bungalow.

I am considering IKEA, Lifemate, Vava and I’m leaning towards Lifemate currently.

I haven’t been able to go check out a Vava outlet to see what’s in stock yet.

I need reviews on Lifemate please from anyone who’s used their products; general review and wether they can stand the test of time.

Any other good recommendation is welcomed.

Import duty
Bank interest rate.
Logistics

Workmanship is 500k? Just for wood work or both wood work and the sheets installation? Not even a high roofing...

Will you be in the site with them while they are working? Are you buying the materials yourself or he is the one buying them? That quotation is outrageous for that roof sqm..
