For the block boards HDF, the plywoods in it are not plied there are small small blocks of plywoods that are cut inside and ed together, So there is possibility of them falling off if the board is been cut. But for the normal HDF the plywood in it is direct plywoods so it can fall no matter any size you cut them to.

Are you building a storey building without structural drawings and a qualified and tested resident civil engineer?

The answer you seek is included in your structural drawings if you have one.

Please don't do DIY with a storey building. If na bungalow, we fit close eye, but storey building? No DIY.

For the structural integrity of your building, please befriend and even romance engineer and you will be glad you did?
