relax. Don't send any mail. You will get your PPR. I understand how you feel. Just give them 9 days...give or take

1. Please you will need to do explanation more in your SOP on linking the PSW and the work you do now, also the sort out the ission status with the school, it's possible that when they checked they saw that the ission was cancelled.

2. Your finances are strong enough so you will not need to do much there.

It’s simple.

You can only defer after you have made the deposit required, which I believe you already did.
The second paragraph means

If you defer and later got study permit but you arrived Canada with fanshawe study permit and refuse to Study at fanshawe college because you want to change institution or change of mind. Your deposit is non refundable.

In a nutshell, if you defer you ission nothing will happen to your deposit as long as you still want to study at the college or there is a refusal of your permit

Sending emails and web forms can do alot at any stage when an application has stalled for too long.

It is stated on IRCC website. Web forms and emails are welcome when an application has stalled longer than the stipulated processing time

My advice for anyone coming to Fanshawe is, if you picked electronics & embedded systems development or any of their Engineering courses, life will be tough for you. It's not to scare you but it's the reality. The way the courses are delivered makes it difficult for people to . If the success rate in a class is 20% or less. You know there is a problem. If you can change within the first 10 days to an IT-related course or management. God bless you all.

It is going to be hard. What you can do is this, go on LinkedIn check for past graduates of the course and ask for the success rate. If it's not high, my brother change course. My brother, I have been there and I won't wish that for my enemy. Most of us are here to get our port, anything that will slow you down, jettison it.
