I was just looking this up for a friend and yes it could be a ground for inissiblity depending on situation. For permanent residency only 3 categories of people are allowed including refugees and spouses of Canadian citizens. For temprorary students it’s a little bit more dicey. And in some situations they ask for applicants to state how they will be getting their drugs because of the ‘burden on their health care’. I will suggest you google this and probably talk to people before making your decision.

Secondly with a third class, honestly it’s very unlikely that you will be itted into a masters program; I am not God but going with what I have read about this whole process. You might want to consider PGD and PGCs and you can proceed from there.

Lastly, I was just going to say that I saw your other post about being fed up- bro, never give up! Your breakthrough is nearer than you think, keep up the good faith and keep hustling.

Make sure to explain well in your LOE the relationship between your intended course and other 2 degrees. Apart from the fact that it doesn’t show career progression they seem not to be related. But hold the faith, there is nothing God can’t do. All the best.

Good morning everyone, due to the new processing time which is 9 weeks I had to send an email to my school to move my resumption date as I was suppose to resume on the 9th of January but I have not gotten any yet. I have gotten a new resumption date, can I send it now to IRCC through web form? Please what do you think?

When last did you try DHL two way courier because they told me themselves at their office that they've stopped that.. it's just one way now.. you have to pay for vfs courier... they stopped it this December

1) The course im going for is PSW, I studied Business istration in first amd second degree, i work in a TV station as a producer, but im producing a health program (healthy Living) i have recommendation from my office on the program and I have one year voluntary work with Lagos State general hospital which they gave me a letter to back it up.

2) The first refusal was on personal asset and financial status which I tried in my own way to tackle, i paid more than halve of the school fees and still have over 5m in my , I have like 3m in my pension fund .

1. Please you will need to do explanation more in your SOP on linking the PSW and the work you do now, also the sort out the ission status with the school, it's possible that when they checked they saw that the ission was cancelled.

2. Your finances are strong enough so you will not need to do much there.

You can now request for courier services for return of your port post submission of your application. To avail the service please call our helpline number mentioned above.

Documents required for collection of port:

VFS E-ICR (In case of third party collection - printout of the e-mail and VFS EICR is mandatory).
VFS stamped copy of port data-page.
Government issued valid photo identity.
Signed VFS consent form from all customer's, for collection through representative including a family member.
In case of port being received through courier, please sign the Airway bill/Courier company delivery sheet as an acknowledgement

No one can give exact answer as this is totally dependent on IRCC. You should be hopeful of receiving a PPR soon. If your application timeline has reached 12 weeks or updated timeline, you can start sending them emails and web forms.

People have received PPRs a week/month, or more, after medical updated to ; while some got after 24 hours

For you to defer, you must have paid that deposit they stated, so if you have paid the first semester fee and it is above the amount stated then you can defer.
