Please let him be sitting down. It is difficult at first because they keep falling down or at times hitting their heads(I wouldn't advice floor, try sofa or bed). Keep him in-between your wide-open legs that way you can him.

Hello mamas...I gave birth last month and still regaining strength, hope I am welcome.
I have questions and rants, please bear with me.
Being a first time mom, i had a tear (hospital did their own, baby too did), it has been a month, when am I going to recover from the pain.

I am just sad atimes, i feel as if my husband does not understand me, he is asking for sex as in penetration (guy, i just born. Leave my bum bum alone). He tells me spreading my legs apart would heal me faster but that feels wrong.
In fact I am tired. I dont like sex. Penetration is just so painful. Generally I dont gbadun sex rara, dont touch me, dont kiss me, infact go away. I feel so like crying. How can i help my marriage in this aspect?

My baby boy (Awwn, makes me smile) eats BM and My Boy baby food but is not looking like one that is adding weight (He is one month old). What can I do?

TASTY CORNMEAL PORRIDGE
flavoured with juicy baby carrots

STEPS:
➡️ Scrap the outer skin off carrot
➡️ Grate or blend the carrots. I prefer them grated because the fibers aids digestion.
Alternatively you can extract the juice using a juicer.
➡️ Dissolve your pap and grated carrot with little water or with the carrot juice
(let your dissolved pap be creamy and not watery)
➡️ Add boiling water to your dissolved pap while stirring constantly.

Cover with a lid for few minutes to set properly. Your flavoured pap is ready

➡️ You can garnish with veggies of choice( cucumber, eggplant, lettuce, cabbage, avocado etc)

If you do plant based you can use freshly made coconut, tiger nut or rice milk

No coconut today so I'm using canned animal milk

it's yummy all the same but there's nothing as healthy as fresh homemade milk

Exactly my predicament in 2016 when I had my first baby

You're obviously overwhelmed and need physical and emotional before you fall into post partum depression. Some people say it's normal until they start transferring agression or even run away from home
You need help and should please scream if you can to get it asap.

Firstly try and identify your current stressors. What is most challenging to you this period?

Secondly In my honest opinion 1 month post partum is too early for se.x tear or no tear .
Although I understand you said you don't really fancy it on a normal day.
Intercourse is very healthy in marriage and I suggest you speak to a professional and get this resolved.
You can't do without it in marriage if you try am na everyday quarrel o.
I can help you with a very helpful e-book on this if you want (some of these issues are link to childhood trauma)
I never liked it too but now there's significant change after years of intentionally working on the issue


Why not sit him down and discuss things. Pour out your heart. He might be willing to listen and sort things out
During my time I faked fainting et Al and got massive . My younger sis rushed down to stay with me for sometime too

I'm not saying you should goan faint o I'm only saying if you know you're overwhelmed with house chores, cooking, etc then you should keep screaming non stop for help till you get it cos generally it looks like most husband's don't use their church mind

You need so you can breath some fresh air while nursing your newborn

Na WA o. different strokes. Implant doesn'take me gain weight at all. Infact I'm actively trying to gain weight as I type.

Good afternoon mamas, I want to ask about Family planing ni o, though it's funny how me that battled with TTC is now thinking of FP...I have 2 princess already and my baby will be 6weeks in 2days time, I got pregnant with her without any medications or medical assistance which is now making me scared of doing d do without protection o, and knowing how Hubby Is dat man does like condom o, we've both talked about it and decided FB will be d best option since am done for now....Even if we will think of having another it will be like another 2years and I planning of using My age as an excuse den already in my mid/late Thirties....

steaming helped mine, steam with hot water/ massage with towel and water.

My baby is 6weeks but the puffiness under his eye lid is still there, someone saw him and told me its not supposed to be there again by now, I thought it will resolve as he grows and add up weight with time but I want to be sure if its something to worry about, he opens his eyes well, anybody with similar experience

please see a doc for medication.baby should Avoid cold, stuffy rooms/ kitchen. harsh air fresheners/ perfumes/deodorant. Always bathe baby with warmwater massage helps too.

You may need to visit the hospital to decide. They will check your history and probably test you. I heard implant is best depending on the number of years you want. However you know what they say..... One man's food is another man's poison
