My boy has been very restless for quite sometime now (over a month)
1. He doesn't sleep straight at night and even during the day.
2. He always cries at intervals after pulling his hair and ear(like someone who's frustrated).
3. He has rashes on his body (even though this just surfaced last week)
4. His temperature is normal
5. He eats well


He's just 6months old and has started taking palp. What could be possibly wrong

Make sure he's not too hot. Some children don't like too much clothes, but don't expose him to cold. I use a light clth fir my baby but cover her with a small wrapper at night when it's a bit hot.

The rashes could be itching him, making him cry a lot. Causes of rashes are numerous. It could be heat or by Microbes. Can you describe how the rashes look?

Check around his head for rashes. Sometimes it's not so obvious as they look like dry skin. If it's itchy,he will pull his hair and cry.

You should also check for ear infection or pain. Lightly press the bottom of his ear, behind the ear and note of he reacts. The harmattan cam also cause his ear to itch. Check if covering the ears with a cap for a when brings any relief.

Dear Mamas, please share your experiences with FP. I want to go for the implant for 3 years, but I'm scared of side effects. I've been on the O but it's tiring taking pills everyday, plus it makes me very dry down there and I don't lactate well on it.

Or is there any natural contraceptive that works well?

And this rash is just on his face and hands. And little on his neck.
None in his abdomen and kegs

Might be heat rashes my dear. This weather is just so so hot. Since his temperature is ok and he eats well,i dont think there is an issue.

Use Agnesia powder for him morning and night after bathing for a week straight and chk if he will stop the frustrating cries and inability to slp. If he does,then u know heat was the culprit.

Someone it could be allergy

It could be allergy too and the cream should clear it until you use what's causing the allergy.

I don't use powder at all for my baby because she reacts to it with a lot of rashes. It's not easy figuring out what's the allergy though.

f i may suggest, if you don't like pap take oats I add chia seed and banana to mine, take a lot of vegetables, yogurt mixed with fruits and tigernut it helps with milk supply, and don't give up on pumping, I learnt that truly it is about demand and supply most importantly rest/sleep is very very important

But if you have done all this and still doesn't help my sister most important is a fed baby either formular or BM na make baby chop, and no stress or pressure for mom, you've got this mama

I removed it immediately bcs my emotions were allover the place... I cry over little tinz especially wen it comes to babies and children... Omo!!! Dt implant show me shege!!!
