Send them an email with your port bio-data page attached, type of visa, full name and preferred date.

Maybe he was talking about some years ago . In 2014 my refused study permit application was processed in Accra, Ghana . But in recent years I have been seeing applications only processed in nairobi
And applications were attended to within 30days back when Accra office was handling it

You would have to do the research yourself for the universities than can waive GMATs, I did mine and found some for my course.

Depending on your sch and their requirements, they may care more about the GPA of your last year in Uni. Eg my first deg’s cgpa is 2.9 too but my last year was 4.0.

It’s common knowledge that a poor gp won’t get you a masters in Canada. But anything is possible if you’re will to try. I got an offer from a top 2 Uni, w/o a gmat, and with a 50% scholarship- as gp isn’t ace, my work experience and community service supplemented (I have an msc but they didn’t care much about it).

Anything is possible if your willing to research.

Select temporary residence(applied online), there’s a space for you to write your message, write that you made additional tuition fee deposit and that you’re attaching evidence for reference.

Ensure yo include your UCI and Application Number in the message and also in the spaces it requested for it.

When you click next, it will ask if you want to attach a document, click yes.

It will end in praise.

Good day everyone. Pls I want to know if it's true that one can get ission for undergraduate study without paying school fees and visa fees till the visa comes out.

Is it also true that the person (undergraduate) is allowed to go with dependents?

NB: I have BSc. Which is easier and better and the one that can allow one to go with a dependent, undergraduate or postgraduate?

So sorry for the late response, had so much to do..

Now to answer your question, anyone works..

You can send the same message to the different IRCC offices, no harm. The most important thing is that you have ed a message across to them and they understand your reason for the mail sent to them.

Also when emails are sent to different offices by an applicant, the other offices re-direct the mails to the office handling that particular application.
