Here's one we did for 6 flats of 2bedroom apartment
(24 s) with cars parking on it
Size: 4.0 x 2.75x3.0m deep.

The slab, beams and columns were designed to vehicular load. So we made the slab 200mm thick while the perimeter and internal beams were 450mm deep.

Various sizes of iron rebars were used from Y10mm for the links, Y12mm for the slab & beams and Y16mm for the beams and columns. In total, 42 lenghts of steel were used.

The blocks were 9inches and about 400 nos were used. The holes in the blocks were filled with lean concrete.

Should I make a separate slot for waste water or just don't cement a part of the soakaway so it can absorb the water from beneath? What materials and quantity of materials will I need for setting and casting? How much should I budget? I'd really love to have these informations so I can start making plans for it..

1 bag of cement to 8 sand and 8 granite of headpan. If you want to be economical then make it 9 sand and 9 granite.
12mm is fine.

1:4:4 for RCC concrete that will most likely be subject to load is not advisable. I recommend 1:2:4 mix ratio.

Good day house... in drawing a modern plan, how important is a visitors toilet in a two bedroom flat.

You don't want to give your visitors access to your private rooms because they want to use a restroom, A visitor toilet is important in a modern residential structure

Even though most builders prefer to use 12mm for septic tank reinforcement and this has become a norm everywhere; however you can't call it a standard, arranging your reinforcement using a structural design is the normal standard that should be encouraged. I have seen homeowners even some engineer sef constructing a duplex without a structural design.

why not go for that small one that burns the waste. I can what it's called currently.

Good evening my people, so I just want to advice people on here not to make the mistake I made with pop, always ensure to choose your designs and have a solid conclusion, I’m not satisfied with my pop designs as I just let them do their thing.. however we move.

Don't put glass, it's not necessary, it's actually not bad, perhaps it looks boring to you because it's a smaller space & kinda secluded. Once the lightings are done, you'd get to like it. However you can do decorative painting on it.
