Will car park on it?

1:4:4
1 bag of cement to 8 sand and 8 granite of headpan. If you want to be economical then make it 9 sand and 9 granite.
12mm is fine.

4ft by 5ft will do if the rooms are in suit but if not, don't border.

Nice concept and it's right if certain factors are met.

The soil type.
Likely to be a pile foundation.
Nature and strength of reinforcement being used.
Concrete mixture.
Thickness of casting.
Load (certain internal walls will be 6').
Locomotives station must be far.

Soft and sand inclusion. Na theory you de talk grin. I don't use them. Only sharp sand.

That mixture up there is my standard.

What are the dimensions of the top slab?.

The quantity of materials be it cement, sand, granite or steel can only be estimated correctly if the dimensions ( length, width and thickness) of the top slab of the soak away pit are known.

Also confirm if there are beam(s) within or around the perimeter of the s to know the appropriate sizes of rebars you will need. This is necessary for slab ing vehiclular load.

Good evening everyone.. I am also making plans for soakaway.....will have cars parked on it... How will it go? I mean, how many feet deep? What is the best suitable dimension? Should I make a separate slot for waste water or just don't cement a part of the soakaway so it can absorb the water from beneath? What materials and quantity of materials will I need for setting and casting? How much should I budget? I'd really love to have these informations so I can start making plans for it..

No, cars won't be packing on it, it's the normal every household soakaway sizes and yes concrete was deposited into the 4 corners of it, from the bottom to the top
