Please what do you guys think of this pop staircase bar design ? Boring in my option but then.. what can I do to bring it to live ? Someone suggested putting glass inside the boxes ?

It is actually not bad, just add some few finishing touches and warm lights..

You cannot cut out 3x4 from 2x6, so you have to buy the 35 pieces of 3x4 separately.

For the others:
400pcs of 2x6 can be cut into 400pcs of 2x4 and 400pcs of 2x2, so you'll have an extra 50pcs of 2x2 on top of the required 350.

160pcs of 2x6 can be cut into 320pcs of 2x3

400pcs + 160pcs = 560pcs
So you'll also need to buy another 22pcs of 2x6 which will not be cut.

In summary, you'll need a total of 35pcs of 3x4 and 582pcs of 2x6, from which you'll have an extra 50pcs of 2x2 after cutting.

When is the time to start visiting offices..But with this experience, one may be forced to take out times to do the needful, cos it seems knowing one's place of work is now a needful before contracting out jobs or committing funds..

Pls i av a land av fenced gated and even built d security house... am thinking of starting my foundation soon but i don't think i will be moving to d site in d next 5years. Or 10 depends cos I wants my kids to finish primary in lagos dats for d next 5years and if all my plans is on point.. or better still they finish their secondary school and we move down... dat one no story we must move.. to kwara state.

Am in a dilemma to do my bore hole now... so i can use for d moulding of my blocks and d building.... av done d survey and am drilling to hundreds meters....
Also d saying dat drilling of boreholes after d building is not good due to d weight of d machine.....



Pls should i drill now.

My opinion will be that you drill now. Don't know how big your project is, but water can cost you almost what you will need to drill in some areas.

I need recommendation for an affordable carpenter with wood for my lintel work behind Obasanjo farms in otta.

Also of cement vendors for 100bags of cement for 3800-3900 in the same area.

Lastly, how much una de buy 20T sharp sand now or for a truck like this. I bought this 100k last month or august. I am hearing 135k now

You can drill the borehole if the fund is available .. price of things are not stable .. drill and if you notice that the area is not safe you can keep the machine to avoid stealing .. But let the driller flush the borehole to your satisfaction
