[quote author=Happychi19 post=116765705] good pm, which date in June were you interviewed ? Anyway it all depends on your location too (state) all you need is to be very patience, after your lawyer comes !!!my dear E no end there, delay is too much , if ur documents are complete u should be expecting them ending of September or October, some lawyer no dey help matters, maybe embassy has given them documents, they will keep it oneside and be doing another thing, if you call the embassy they will tell you that lawyer
verification takes 5months or more, so i advise you should be patience.

Thank you. I live in Lagos and it’s since 15th..
Well

Hello people, I am a daad scholar in for 2yrs now, I recently got married 2 months ago and applied for reunion for my wife with all the necessary documents from daad, but unfortunately, the embassy has refused to grant an appointment date after several emails to them, the only reply I got from them was that waiting time is one year which is usually not the case for daad/ Humboldt scholars as they usually get appointment easily.. please I need advice.. thanks

Congrats man. If you don’t mind me asking, what sort of documents were requested after verification was completed? New documents or something missing from the interview checklist?
Thanks

Hello All,
I applied for reunion visa on July 7,2022 same day as my spouse who is a blue card holder. My spouse got his visa in September, but till now I’m yet to get an appointment date for interview. It’s getting frustrating waiting without direction.
Please is there a way to fast track the process for spouses of blue card holders?
Also, can anyone who applied for reunion visa(whose spouse is a blue card holder) recently give an idea of how long it took to get an appointment and how long the whole process took entirely.
I’ll appreciate as much help as I can get. Thanks.

Hello, do you know if she was asked for a coivd19 vaccination card? or test result at any point in the process? or on entry to ?
I can't even find a hospital that has the vaccine currently, and it's frustrating. :/

Thank you. The documents requested were "Declaration of Change of name" and "New age declaration without refering to family diary entry".

They don't. It has stopped. Two of my immediate family travelled in-out-in recently with Lufthansa, nothing was requested.

Good evening folks, I would like some candid advice:
I applied for a visa via the skilled immigrant act; I had my interview on the 29th of July and I was sent a mail to send my travel health insurance on the 5th of September, which i did on the 6th and via the DHL tracking ID, It's updated that the document was delivered on the 7th of September. I was told to select a travel date not sooner than 7 days, so i was expecting the documents to be back within the time-frame. But up until now i am yet to get my port and original documents back. Please does anyone have an idea what's the longest time it takes to have my documents back. I have written to the embassy and had my HR also write to them but it's been tone deaf response. When i try to check if my documents have been shipped via the DHL tracking ID i was given when i submitted my port at the embassy, there has been no update. can i go to the embassy myself to collect my port and other documents back? do I still wait it out?

Patience is the name of the game bro. Just be patient, you'll get your documents delivered by DHL soon, just keep trying to track the package with the tracking number and you'll know when it has been dispatched.
