It depends on the airline she is using and their policy as regards flying pregnant women, some airlines limit it to 28 weeks and some as much as 34 or 35. Airlines like delta and Air don’t have any restrictions. But if the pregnancy is showing she will need a fit to fly which can be gotten from port health at the airport for a fee, this is applicable for all airlines.

Not sure if by online you mean filled on PC. the PDFs to your laptop, fill them on the computer (so texts are clean and clear), then print the document only for your signatures with pen.

I did not apply with pre-approval but my Masters degree is from a German University

Well from experience I think going to the embassy with preaproval from the foreigners authority is as good as getting your visa approved. I also think (I stand to be corrected) that the consequence of not applying for visa with the pre-approval letter is that the embassy now has to liaise with the foreigners authority, who then has to your employer or something of sorts which leads to delay.

With preaproval however your visa takes max of 3 weeks. I got mine within 2 weeks or thereabout.

good pm, which date in June were you interviewed ? Anyway it all depends on your location too (state) all you need is to be very patience, after your lawyer comes !!!my dear E no end there, delay is too much , if ur documents are complete u should be expecting them ending of September or October, some lawyer no dey help matters, maybe embassy has given them documents, they will keep it oneside and be doing another thing, if you call the embassy they will tell you that lawyer verification takes 5months or more, so i advise you should be patience.
