I purchased a PowMr 60A MPPT CC barely two months ago for my parents setup, unfortunately they called me that the display stopped working and they are not able to ascertain if the batteries are charging. Their installer also travelled so he hasnt been able to go take a look. Please any advice on what to do? Or anyone experience such? Thanks

you need a techinal person on ground.. first take and send pictures of the screen of the charge controller, 2ndly state the specs and config of the s, battery etc....hope the Voc hasn't been exceeded. breakers, was any breaker used for the install?..are they still in ON or OFF position

its always easier if people provide all these information upfront, nobody is a magician here...that can remotely troubleshoot the issue, without having something to bite on

Had similar experience, the CC was actually still charging but client required visibility so I had to sort out the client with a new CC, I'm expecting a replacement LCD to replace the bad one, hopefully it works.

Assuming a new pv cost 100k for 400w with a lifespan of say 25 years. How much do u think will be d used one? If u were asked to pay 50k for a cracked one, will u buy?
