Since I captured in Festac since February I haven’t gotten my port up till date ; I went there last week and I was told there’s no booklet ;I went today too and they said they are still waiting for booklet….so annoying

I was only given a paper with numbers on it too, no collection date. But, servicom said I should expect the port in 2 months.

I used an agent , I actually had the issue of NIN not dropping, now NIN has dropped , it’s now no booklet.

I captured on the 31st too at Ikoyi and was given a slip of paper as well, with only a long number written on it.

When I inquired from the capturing officer when to expect my port he said I should go to servicom, they'll tell me when. However, if I need it urgently it can be fast tracked.

I went to servicom and a lady there said in about 2 months, is when my port will be out. I went back to collect the other officer's number and told him I will be in touch. But, in all honesty I am not willing or prepared to pay anything extra for that port.

Why can't they just do what is expected without a bribe? I wasn't given an enrolment number either, just that slip of paper with a number on it. Another servicom officer said to keep that number safe and even take a snap shot of it. Because, without it I will not be attended to.

I am not in Lagos now but please kindly let me know if you returned for an enrolment number and how that went. Abeg answer when you can.

You should have insisted on having your enrollment slip, everyone is advice to pick it from the printer on there way out of the capturing room.
What those corrupt official usually do is to hide them in your file so you would no see your collection date.

All these there is no booklet in place is a lie, Government deliberately take off immigration away from TSA so they can have access to funds, yet it is the officers who want more more at all cost that deliberately sabotage governments efforts.

Go back to the immigration office with copy of your form,look for one hungry officer, explain you plight, shoot him/her 1k or 2k,he/she will go locate your file and retrieve that enrollment slip,from the slip you will find your collection date at the extreme end of those printing

My question is, how fast can fast track arrangement be, from date of capture? Paid 70k (34 pages, 5years) for so called fast track at Enugu and the agent has been talking about "no network" for three weeks now. I haven't even been called for capture. And I don't even understand the "network" she's ranting about.

Alausa seems to be more efficient compare to Ikoyi and Festac,that Festac is reek of corruption.
My collection date at Alausa is 28th April.,that is 5 weeks after capturing

jeezz,70k? The website is 25k,I guessed u wanted sharp sharp,still the 70k is much naa, you wrote 34 pages,did you mean to write 32 pages? Standard port.

Now, it's seeming as if people waiting for booklet is the same as me. I called the lady who has asked me to go and do the capture tomorrow sha...we'll see how the prank continues from there...

sorry about that, let's hope you get yours done soon, I want to do,but will do so online,I am ready for them, meanwhile,I don't need it til July or August,so let me do now.

Quite oddly the people I know who have a port are usually confused when I mention the need for a guarantor and kept claiming they don't think having a guarantor is part of the requirements for a standard Nigerian port.

that is because they went through the back door,lol,! The immigration officers did it for them.

This is your enrollment number. Without that number, nobody will be able to track the status of your port production.
