There was no TOFA. He was never a candidate. He was brought from nowhere. Babangida banned their candidates including Yardua, Ciroma, shinkafi. You guys are not intelligent at all. These are two scenarios. You need to know there was need to compensate the south too. The military had been in power since 1983 and prior to that, there was this thinking that shagari usurped the election of Awolowo so the same way they compensated us with the election of Obasanjo was what they wanted to do that time.
