Go get cloves and fresh ginger boil it and drink (wash and slice the ginger) please do that often until you see results.

I was once like you but 1g of vit C 1/52 and predicure maximum of 40mg per day( 4 tabs in the morning and 4 tabs at night for 1 week) was able to stop mine. Good luck.

If you have cold for upto 4 weeks, your head and nasal cavity will be filled with fluid, and your teeth area will be inflamed that you won't be able to swallow easily.
You will also be having constant headache. You need to go for a head scan

I used to have frequent catarrh too then, but now it has stopped.
So, if you are sleeping without clothes covering your chest, you need to start wearing your shirt now in the night and always
If you exposing your chest too much, you need to stop that, stop taking too much of cold drinks.
If you are are eating foods like too much pepper and so on that trigger catarrh, you need to work on it

U're right on the allergic rhinitis or a possible chronic sinusitis . Go see a medical doctor, if there is need for a referral to an ENT surgeon he wud likely do so, an invx like an x- ray of the paranasal sinuses might be requested to R/O inflamed sinuses

Can you if it was as a result of too much AC at home and at work?
Because I was having same issue for like 3years until a day I took someone to the hospital and the nurse on duty noticed my catarrh and then wrote something on a paper. Bought the drug and the rest is history.

Remove milk and sugar from your diet and see if there is any relief. Should be something in your environment that is triggering your immune system.

I'm prone to catarrh, but I have been able to defect it.
Control ur intake of cold drinks/water
Always take ur bath with warm water
Avoid dusty environment
Avoid sleeping at night with excess AC or Fan. (If possible learn not to sleep with them at all)

Those were the steps I took, couple with keeping a heathy life style..

Don’t take this guys advice. Drinking 2 cups of water every morning or before meals when your blood sugar is low will definitely trigger your stress hormones. Your body has an innate thirst system that will let you know when you are thirsty.

She may likely benefit from Antral Lavage.

I'm sorry about your health situation. But I have seen someone who had similar cattarh issues but did a nose surgery and ever since 2018 the chronic cattarh has stopped. I will advise you go to a teaching hospital you will definitely get a good medical help and assistance.

If you are having prolonged chronic cattarh breathing maybe become a major problem.
