Gvnl: Can you if it was as a result of too much AC at home and at work? Because I was having same issue for like 3years until a day I took someone to the hospital and the nurse on duty noticed my catarrh and then wrote something on a paper. Bought the drug and the rest is history. Will look for the paper inside my wallet and get back to you 4 Likes |

Could be allergic rhinitis or worst case a chronic sinusitis. For allergic rhinitis, as long as you are exposed to the allergen (could be dust, flower, grass that was just cut, fan in a dusty room, AC etc) you will keep having the symptoms. It can only be managed by resolving the symptoms. Go to a teaching hospital for care. Few tests would be required of you. If the source is not tackled and you go with some jargons I am reading here, you will just have relieved symptoms for few days and it will reoccur. Take care 8 Likes |

You most likely have allergies to something, maybe dust or pollen. See an ENT doctor asap.

Gvnl: Most likely an allergy. Find out the triggers and avoid them. The triggers can be cold weather, mould, dust, fries, clothing fabric, certain foods, etc. It may have detoriorated to chronic allergic rhinosinnusitis. Go see an ENT specialist. 4 Likes |

mine is 15 years plus now.... dust, stress, insect and mosquito bites, poor ventilation and over crowding, too much heat than normal, too much cold than normal, cold drinks, stale air, energy drinks, body relieving drugs which contains diclofenac triggers and contributed to mine over the years with simultaneous sneezing that causes headache thereafter..... 4 Likes |

You sure it is catarrh? You may be having chronic sinusitis, which causes your nose to drip always and you sneeze frequently as well... You need to see a doctor. Not just the regular doctor but a specialist. Have you seen an Ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist? May God heal you by himself. That's another option 1 Like |

I had similar experience for about 5yrs. Until a doc friend recommended (Loratidine/Cetrizine) before I begin to have long time relief. Its 10tabs in 1card. Take 1tab daily (works better for me when taken at night).
