Good evening everyone and Happy Sunday.

This Catarrh has lasted for almost 9yrs now. I've taken different medications but it's still persisting.

I have also done some laboratory test and taken prescribed medication, but no permanent solution.

Please help what else should or can I do to put an end to this menace.

Thank you.

Vitamin c....4 in the morning
4 @ Night for 2months non stop.

Works like non other remedying proscription.
true2god:
Stop using rug, and always clear your cloths from dust. Go and see a doctor.
It's not about rugs or dust...it's beyond allergy...defect/deficiency in Vitamin C .

Silvertrinity:
I have a roommate back then in school ... she’s always having catarrh.
She has done many lab test too.

diva4eva:
Take VITAMIN 1000MG daily (the one you dissolve in water) and thank me later. My son had the same flu for about 7 years until he started taking VITAMIN C !000mg
fredosan:
go to the pharmacy and buy perilon, septrim and vitamin c and that is the end
Nice to know some persons here have testimonials of what works 100%.
airmark:

Pls is this really effective with no side effects? I have someone that once rain falls she will have cattarh and sometimes it affects her voice.

9 years is damn too much for one to suffer from flu.

I think you need to boost your immune system.

You also need to avoid cold environment i.e. AC, bathing cold water, and sleeping in an extremely ventilated room.

You also need to see a specialist in addition to the aforementioned.

Best wishes!!!

1st of all, which country are you in? And what's the weather condition in your current location like.

Seems your body is not adapting to the weather condition. First sign of cold is catarrh to most individual especially when the vital organs/body is exposed to the amount of cold it cant accommodate.

From there we can start talking about flu, allergies down to your immune system.
