If you didn't make it then I'm sorry there's nothing you can do (Except there's someone who wants you to come in through the back door, which can actually help and get you the job but have it at the back of your mind that you must attend training in camp).

I'd advice those who didn't make it to not build castles in the air and wait for a supposed "2nd list". Try out other military/ paramilitary recruitments. One must surely work out one day.

As for replacement, I have heard this thousands of times even before now but my question is WHO ARE YOU REPLACING??!!!

NIS has lots of vacancies that's why the advert was placed last year. They recruit officers they don't replace. Maybe the replacement is for civilian staff, I don't know.

That word replacement (und recruitment) should never exist. I doubt the second list myself but it's tomorrow he said. We could have just wait for tomorrow to know how far, maybe not a second list but an updated data. I know someone who was added to NSCDC exam shortlist a day to when we took the test though he works directly with one of the directors and stayed around even after NYSC. Let's watch and see if they supposed second list is just an update to their data.

You need to come with a means of identification so they can be sure it's you just like they did during the CB exam.

NIS isn't NIMC, so they can't check your data on that day. Except they invite them to come but heck, who has that time.

Nothing too tough.
At the entrance you will be checked to see if your name is on their list (This is done to stop some idiots from coming in).

You will stay according to your state and then proceed to meet the officers who will be ing your documents one by one. After that there might be a short test of knowledge. Questions on general knowledge basically but it's nothing to fear. Just be confident!!

Make sure your certificate is from a Government Hospital. Regardless of the certificate, height will be checked. Also flat foot and some other things.

After all these sereren, a physical exercise might be conducted. It depends on what the board wants.

In all it's nothing to be scared but pleeeeaasseee, if you need this Paramilitary job, DO YOUR BEST!!! And your effort won't be futile.

Note: I coined this from the last recruitment exercise. It might be different this time.

Boss you better pray to God, don't allow anybody deceive you on getting the job since you've made it to this list o.
Ask those that made it to this stage during FRSC recruitment and they will tell you better.
Making it to this stage is not even a 60% guarantee.
For everyone that would see this, please take anything federal government recruitment with not too much expectations, and do not put all hope on anything fed job if you don't have a strong connect there.
Wish you all success in your screening.

They said once my documents are intact am an officer already, saying getting to this stage isn't easy at all

Congratulations but pray and press further. May you give testimony. Truth is to get to this stage is not easy especially for the officers cadre but press further and most importantly pray to God.

Your friends are right but most importantly, pray and follow up. It's same people that conducted NCoS, FFS and now NIS. Think about that.

All Npower Batch "C" who actually partake on the Just Concluded CBT test and Update which was Open and Ended on the 11/05/2021.
After the Npower Registration and the test, the Npower management has set for another screening exercise known as physical Verification. This is the process where all the documents ed during the registration process by applicants will be provided physically. In this case, all applicants who participated in the Npower Batch C registration are expected to provide all the vital documents they ed during the registration.
Therefore, they are categories of people that will be disqualify during the physical Verification exercise. Before an applicants must scale through the final stage which is the physical Verification exercise, He/ She must have the following requirements to avoid disqualification: just as we mentioned earlier.
1. All your document include Educational Qualifications, Birth certificate, Local Government as Origin Certificate and your Identical Card must be presented.
2. You must be present in your State Of residence you select during the registration process.
3. If you were unable to write the test, you will not be selected for the physical Verification Exercise.
4. If there was a mistake in your Personal information during the registration process, please kindly sort it out before the commencement of the Physical Verification.
5. If you have double Registration automatically you are disqualified. and for those of Batch A" or B" who also participate on this Exercise will surely terminated from all the FG social intervention programs.
6. All Applicants must be present at the screening Venue.
In conclusion, all applicants are expected to visit the NASIMS official Portal to know their screening date Begging from 18/05/2021.

Oh great!! If so then I have the wrong notion about replacement. I haven't met any officer who came in through replacement, all went through general recruitment.
