I can tell you for free that 11 million naira CANNOT complete that building. If anybody tells you 2-8 million can build this type of house. The person is still leaving in 1985 when that type of money have value. I checked the typed of roof used, I checked the physical structure, clearly 11 million will go a long way. Most times it is the type of materials and the type of finishing that takes the most part. I didn't see the interior so I cannot speak much but on the face level, 14 million will get you close. I wish to get a new phone but am confused on what is my best option. What I prefer is a phone that will give me the best value for my money especially the battery life and solid screen(those that don't get crack easily). I noticed that the L8 has a battery capacity of 5050mah, is this not a marketing stunt? can a 4000mah battery last longer if they are both use for thesame purpose? please help me consider the screen durability also..... Thanks.... I look forward to your expert advise...
